Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive safely and on time. All shipments are tracked, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure to provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive your package.
Processing time
- Orders within Europe are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to product availability.
- International orders are shipped via Colissimo International or Chronopost International.
Worldwide shipping
Yes — we ship worldwide.
Customs & taxes
Depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For details, please contact your local customs office.
Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
Returns & Refunds
At YUNO, every piece is created with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or defective items :
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item by emailing yunothemail@gmail.com. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the defective item.
Important notes :
- We do not accept returns for items that are not damaged or defective.
- Requests made after 10 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging when returned.
